These terms apply when you visit cheapestiptv.net or order a subscription from Cheapest IPTV (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the service you agree to them.

Cheapest IPTV provides access to live TV channels and on-demand titles that stream over the internet. You need your own internet connection and a compatible device. The channel list and library can change over time.

We offer 1, 3, 6 and 12-month plans at the prices shown on our pricing page, in US dollars. You pay once for the duration you choose. Plans do not renew automatically. Prices may change for future orders but never for a plan you have already paid for.

Free trials

Free trials are available on request and are offered at our discretion. No credit card is required.

Availability

We work hard to keep streams stable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Your internet connection, your device and third-party services can all affect what you see.

Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, not to use it for unlawful purposes, and not to copy or redistribute its content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

Payments are handled by the payment providers we send you details for. We do not store your card or bank details on this website.

3. Refund Policy

Every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service is not right for you, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

• Tell us the plan you bought and the name or number you ordered with.
• If you are having a technical problem, give us a chance to fix it first — most issues are solved in minutes.

Good to know

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. Refunds are not available for accounts used in breach of the Terms of Service. If you are unsure about the service, we recommend asking for a free trial before you buy.
